 Put fatty fish on your daily diet.

 Fish is a great source of good fats, it contains high quality protein.  This is especially true of fatty fish, which is rich in omega-3, fatty acids and other nutrients, including protein.

 Use spices in cooking.

 Incredibly healthy medicinal properties exist in spices, which play a leading role in providing health benefits.  For example, both ginger and turmeric have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, helping to excrete toxins like toxins from the body and reduce the risk of cancer.  So to give the body the strong benefits of spices, try to include them in your diet as much as possible.

 Avoid smoking or drugs!

 If you smoke or abuse drugs, solve that problem first.  If you drink alcohol, do it in moderation and if you drink too much, consider avoiding it altogether.  Because it is making you physically and financially exhausted.

 For a man, five cigarettes a week and one bottle of wine are equally harmful.
